To achieve this objective, the Company has implemented a structured Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, which demonstrates that customer requirements are identified and satisfied throughout the entire process. These include;

The requirements of ISO 9001:2000 are defined in the Quality Manual and associated documentation. It is the responsibility of all management and employees to familiarise themselves with the contents of the Quality Manual and to comply with the policies and procedures at all times. The procedures defined within the Quality Management System are mandatory from the date of issue.
All operational procedures are subject to advice, approval and audit by members of the Management Committee and are subject to regular Management Review.
