Inspection & Report Services

This service is primarily where the input of specialists is required in order to overview the battery condition toward its autonomy, but routine maintenance is to be carried out by customers own staff.

Routine battery inspections carried out by i do not require any switching or intrusive use of the battery system and therefore can 99% of the time be completed without any disruption to our customer.

In these cases the report content and the identified actions are used as part of the on site planned maintenance instructions.

These comments can also be used by the customer for specifying sub - contracting of rectification work.

Depending upon the criticality of the total system and considering the age / condition of the battery, visits are usually planned for either two or three per year.

A separate report is completed on each visit for each battery inspected, giving a condition history from the comments and actions stated to maintain autonomy contained within the report. Float voltage readings are provided with the report.

i have a standard system approach to inspection which provides computer based reports. This system again is flexible enough to allow other customer requested items to be included.
