History

The company was founded by the present Managing Director in July 1992, with the objective of providing a high quality service to the users of Industrial Standby Systems.

The company has in excess of fifteen years experience in managing the Servicing and Support of standby products.

All i personnel have extensive experience in standby product applications and their servicing, including testing and installation, encompassing all makes and designs of batteries including valve regulated design.

i has its registered office at Four Crosses, near Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and is therefore easily accessible by the motorway networks. Along with the office is an extensive workshop and store facility which holds the test and general equipment to include a stock of loan batteries which are kept on charge. These batteries are for customer use where supply must be maintained whilst other work is undertaken, or for emergency occasions.

The security of this location also provides ideal facilities for customer special testing and tear-down exercises which are witnessed by customer staff. Work-in-progress and product stocks are held for larger contracts.

The company contract work covers the whole of the UK from Dounreay in the North to Southampton in the South and also includes Ireland and various offshore locations.
